Who we are

Since the late 1990s, my professional career has been marked by a constant integration between the worlds of energy, international logistics, structured finance and strategic planning. My path has been forged from direct experience in real operations, rather than from the desk, consolidating a mature, sober and deeply connected approach to the reality of the markets.

I started my career in Uruguay, participating in the commissioning of a dual generation turbine of Solar Turbines (Caterpillar) for UTE. Since then, my professional development has been nurtured by experiences in the oil industry in America, Europe and Asia, also accompanying the evolution of renewables, where I was a pioneer in the installation of the first wind farms in the country.

During the 2000s, I was part of the crew of the Bermudian yacht Team Tyco in the Volvo Ocean Race, which gave me access to the maritime world from an operational and human perspective. This direct approach with shipowners and shipping operators gave me a practical understanding of the importance of shipping in the international trade of energy derivatives, today these contacts manage key infrastructures for the global transportation of crude oil and derivatives.

Later on, I collaborated with the Elliott Management fund, an experience that allowed me to closely observe the logic of global financial markets and their interaction mechanisms with the energy sector. Since then, I have consolidated relationships with institutional players, governments, regulators and banks with whom I maintain dialogue and mutual respect.

Vision and Method

Currently, my professional focus is on structuring international oil and petroleum products supply transactions, particularly EN590 diesel fuel, working in partnership with banked institutional buyers, licensed logistics operators and suppliers with direct access to refineries or mandated product.

My role in the oil industry is distinguished by its integrative nature: I collaborate with traders, brokers, insurers and shippers, facilitating the closing of transactions through clear, documented structures compatible with the highest international regulatory standards. I do not take the place of the informal intermediary; rather, I order it, formalize it and insert it into a coherent architecture.

I work exclusively under recognized procedures -SCO, ICPO, POP, POF, SPA- and with legal backing under Swiss jurisdiction or ICC arbitration. Each transaction I coordinate is approached with technical precision, bank traceability, regulatory compliance (KYC, AML) and a long-term logic.

My approach seeks to regain efficiency in the supply chain without sacrificing reliability, legality and transparency. My guiding philosophy is simple: those who work, invest, distribute and assume risks must have a real and sustained operating margin. Therefore, I develop alternative ways to the traditional circuit of closed hubs, providing direct access, assured logistics coverage and robust contractual structures.
